A good place to be - close to the action, relaxed feel and lots of space. Can get a bit dusty if its a dry race
Situated on the infield road towards Arnage past Camping Houx. Increasingly popular, drawing a mixed European crowd this site is a good compromise if you think Houx is too far a walk from your tent when you want to see the track. Everything is within 15 minutes walk, and the track can be viewed from the campsite.
Pitches are now numbered and pre-marked.
Pros:- As close to the track as you can get without actually being on it.
- Within fair walking reach of general admission entrance.
- Great viewing area on-top of the karting track pit garages, which doesn't require general admission!
- Adequate W/C.
- Food & Beer available via Kebab stand if you can't be bothered to cook or have ran out of supplies.
Cons:
- Pitches are now marked and numbered but not very well. "Controle" are slightly worse than useless at organising this, and even worse at actually directing you to the pitch you've paid for, however they leave you alone once you've actually pitched and settled even if you're in the wrong bit.
- Showers were cold in 2011 - brrrrrrrrrr!
- Post race Sunday night fires can get rather interesting.
- Very broad European mix on this site, lots of scaffold, lots of beer! In the last couple of years a large contingent of Danish fans stay here - travelling on a package tour by coach

The business - worth working hard to get
A fine campsite, have no worries at all staying here
No major problems, but if you have a choice, this is not the top drawer of sites
Not a disaster, but unless your needs are very specific, this probably wasn't your first choice
See if you can trade for something better, but at least you have somewhere to camp, right?
